This breath-based practice was created for women seeking a deeper meaning from their life experiences. Simply put, I coach busy women on how to live a more balanced life through guidance of their breath. This is an eclectic process of supporting you in your path of letting go deeply rooted patterns and beliefs that no longer help or serve you, so that you are able to be more present in each life experience and live a fuller, happier, more fulfilled life.

 

What is the difference between Coaching, counseling and therapy? 

Life Coaching is not psychotherapy or mental health counseling. Therapy or counseling (used simultaneously) is more focused on processing past conflicts, traumas, or grief so that you are able to function better in society. Coaching focuses more on present and future goals to make your life more fulfilling and manifest your desires and goals.

 

Who is Coaching for?

Coaching is for those that are doing 'ok' in their current lives but would like to improve their quality of life. People who need coaching are often focused on present and future goals.

Some of the people I have worked with often approach me with similar topics; you might want to consider the following statements, to see if they ring true for you:

Who is Therapy and Counseling for?

Therapy and Counseling is for those having some issues with past life experiences that is affecting the current situation. My expertise is around stress, anxiety, and depression, all from a trauma-sensitive approach. The process will be to first understand your current struggles, anything that has exacerbated this (childhood, medical issues, life situations), and understand the root of all this so we can address it from there- rather than addressing just your "symptoms". I will recommend various techniques and coping skills that you can try out and through the process of elimination we will find what best supports you.

 

What is Breath Coaching & Life Coaching?

Breath Coaching is a very unique and powerful process facilitated by me, to guide you into your subconscious through your breath to release deeply rooted tension and barriers that have prevented you from reaching your dreams and goals. Life Coaching is a talk-based approach that allows you to talk about your current challenges. I will guide by asking questions to helps us both clarify and understand the root of the problem; Once we identify the root, we will have a better chance at addressing what is going on.

 

What is the difference between Breath Coaching & Life Coaching?

The goal of both- Breath & Life Coaching is the same- to get you to a more balanced and fulfilling life. People are all different, so the approach is individualized based on each person's wants and needs. Life Coaching is ideal for those who mainly need to express their challenges and frustrations and listen to feedback/ suggestions from their coach. Breath Coaching is for those that are interested in exploring deep into the realms of themselves to uncover past limiting beliefs. The main difference between them is that one, you have full control of what you bring up (Life Coaching) whereas the other, breath coaching, will take you deep into the realms of your subconscious to explore and learn more about yourself.

Therapy & Coaching services are available online or face-to-face in the greater Knoxville, Tennessee area- including but not limited to Karns, Farragut, West Knoxville, Maryville, and Sevierville; please contact me for information as availability is limited. Life Coaching services are available virtually from anywhere in the world. Access to an internet connection and your choice of Skype, Facetime, or video phone is necessary.
